Abstract

Kosmetiske og farmasøytiske kremer i form av en olje-i-vann-emulsjon inneholder som oljekomponenter minst en polar olje, hvis grenseflatespenning mot vann ved 25°C (y1) ligger under 30 nM/m og som emulgator inneholdes minst et planteprotein, hvis l vekt- % vandig oppløsning overfor oljekomponenten viser en grenseflatespenning ved 25°C (y ) som er lavere enn grenseflatespenningen y1 mellom olje og vann. Fortrinnsvis inneholdes som emulgatorer protein eller proteinholdig me! fra havre, hvete eller erter. Oljekomponentene tilhører fortrinnsvis gruppen av Cg-C22-fettsyreesterne av enverdige eller flerverdige C2-C6-alkanoler eller Cg-Qn-alkanolestere av enverdige eller flerverdige Cj-Ce-hydroksykarboksylsyrer.
