Abstract

En valse som består av en metallkjerne (1) og et mykt elastomer-overtrekk (2) samt to faste tapper (3,3') oppviser mellom metallkjemen (1) og elastomer- overtrekket (2) et fast konisk hardelastomer-sjikt (4) som varig er forbundet med metallkjemen samt en fast, konisk og lite tøybar bærer (5), som er varig forbundet med det .myke elastomer-overtrekk.(2), slik at det mellom hardelastomer-sjiktet (4) og bæreren (5) ved hjelp av gjennomstrømmende trykkluft kan opprettes et mellomrom som muliggjør en sideveis forskyvning av bæreren utenpå hard- elastomer-sjiktet (4). Under gjennomblåsningen av luft oppstår det en luftpute som gjør det mulig å posisjonsinnstille hylsen sideveis med forskyvning utenpå - metallkjemen. Etter at gjennomblåsningen av luft er avsluttet trekker hylsen seg sammen og kommer til fast anlegg mot det koniske hardelastomer-sjikt (4).
