Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse involverer prosesser for å frem- stille 1-aminohydantoinforbindelser ved anvendelse av en fast-bærer resin, omfattende de følgende trinn: (a) frem- stille en resin-bundet, beskyttet a-hydrazinylester: (1) ved å reagere resinen med en a-brom karboksylsyre, så med et beskyttet hydrazin; eller (2) ved å reagere resinen med en beskyttet a-hydrazinyl karboksylsyre; (b) fremstille et resin-bundet imin ved å fjerne den blokkerende gruppen fra hydrazinylgruppen, så reagere den ubeskyttede hydrazinyl- gruppen med et aldehyd eller et keton; (c) fremstille en resin-bundet sekundær urea: (1) ved å reagere iminet med p- nitrofenylklorformat eller trifosgen, så med et primært amin; eller (2) ved å reagere iminet med et isocyanat; og (d) fremstille 1-aminohydantoinforbindelsen ved å fjerne den sekundære urea fra resinen og syklisere den.
