Abstract
Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en forbindelse ifølge formel (1.3.0): CONHj (1.3.0) hvori er rv / (1.3.1/ is: J l \ - -- NH omfattende: dannelse av en reaksjonsblanding bestående av ^ and i et aprotisk løsningsmiddel; i nærvær av NaOH eller KOH; eventuelt i nærvær av en faseoverføringskatalysator, spesielt et kvatemært ammoniumsalt eller et fosfonium- salt; etterfulgt av oppvarming av nevnte reaksjonsblanding under en nitrogen- atmosfære; i en foretrukket utførelsesform er det aprotiske løsningsmidlet DMSO, den sterke basen i fast form er NaOH i pulver eller pelletform, og faseoverførings- katalysatoren er tetra-n-butylammoniumklorid (TBAC); hvori utgangsmaterialet ifølge formel (2.0.0) blir fremstilt som følger blir omsatt i et løsningsmiddel bestående av en lineært eller forgrenet alifatisk alkohol; i nærvær av en sterk base bestående av NaOH eller KOH; videre i nærvær av en overgangsmetallkatalysator omfattende et palladiummetallkompleks; og ytter- og ligere videre i nærvær av en hjelpeligand omfattende en bidentat, chiral, aksialt dissymmetrisk aromatisk forbindelse
