Abstract

Et system for rovdyrbeskyttelse og helseovervåking av dyr. En klave (100) er festet om halsen på et første dyr (A). Klaven omfatter en elektronikkenhet (200), en kommunikasjonsenhet (220) for aktivisering av og mottak av signaler fra en passiv sonde (300) implantert i dyrets kropp, midler (250) for toveis kommunikasjon med perifer enhet (400), en GPS-enhet (260) for kommunikasjon med en perifer GPS-enhet. (265), midler for registrering av akustiske signaler, og midler for avgivelse av selekterte akustiske signaler. Sonden (300), registrerer en eller flere av en hvilken som helst fysiologisk parameter i dyret og kommuniserer disse parametrene til nevnte kommunikasjonsenhet (220). Alarm avgis dersom en fysiologisk parameter avviker fra forhåndsdefinerte verdier. Alarmen kan være et i elektronikkenheten forhåndsprogrammert akustisk signal som avgis ved hjelp av en høyttaler (230) innmontert i klaven (100), og/eller et elektronisk signal som sendes til den perifere kommunikasjonsenheten (400). Systemet kan anvendes for selektiv overvåking av helsetilstanden i et flertall dyr og for selektiv beskyttelse av flertall dyr mot utenforliggende farer, så som rovdyr. Systemet kan anvendes for overvåking og kontroll av et hvilket som helst dyr, inkludert mennesket.
