Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en ny fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av MEL-type titansilikalitt, det oppnådde produkt og dets forskjellige anvendelser på området katalyse. Fremgangsmåten ifølge oppfinnelsen for fremstilling av MEL-type titan- silikalitt kjennetegnes ved at den består i: impregnering av en amorf xerogel (Ti02-Si02) omfattende minst elementene silisium og titan med en oppløsning omfattende minst ett strukturmiddel og minst ett mobiliseringsmiddel OH", idet impregneringsopplzsningen omfatter minst en effektiv mengde av en forbindelse av typen 3,5-dimetylpiperidinium anvendt som strukturmiddel, oppvarming av reaksjonsblandingen opp til krystalliseringstemperaturen for zeolitten, deretter utvinning og kalsinering av den oppnådde zeolitt. De oppnådde zeolittkrystaller fremviser en morfologi som resulterer fra deres fremstillingsmetode.
