Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte for rensing av forbindelser med magnetiske partikler behandlet med et reagens som binder partiklene. Etter en bindingsreaksjon i et første medium, separeres partiklene og forbindelsene som er bundet til dem og overføres til et andre medium. Ifølge oppfinnelsen tilsettes et overflatespenningsfrigjørende middel til mediet i det minste før partiklene blir separert fra det. Dette fremmer den fullstendige innsamling av partikler.
