Abstract

Det intraossale dentalimplantat av skoetypen har nederst en implantatspiss (1) som er plassert i det apikale område og omfatter en rotdel l(2) som strekker seg ned til implantatsspissen (1) og som er bestemt for innpassing i et kjeveben. Im-plantathalsen (3) strekker seg opp til tannkroneområdet og er anbrakt på rotdelen (2) og er bestemt for å anbringes inne i gingiva (tannkjøttet). Den ytre gjenge (4) på rotdelen (2) er foretrukket selvskjærende. Oppfinnelsen er kjennetegnet ved at rotdelen (2) omfatter en generelt parabolsk ytre kontur (A) hvor implantatsspissen (1) tjener som toppunkt. Den ytre kontur (A) ifølge oppfinnelsen gjør det mulig å oppnå en forbedret primær stabilitet og garanterer i en større grad den langvarige vellykkethet av implantatet.
