Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte for vandig ekstraksjon, fraksjonering og enzymatisk behandling av oljefrømaterialer for å generere verdsatte produkter uten noen signifikante lawerdi-biprodukt- eller avfallsstrømmer. Spesielt genererer fraksjoneringsskjemaet en proteinfiber næringsbestanddel hovedsakelig for bruk med drøvtyggende dyr og en andre defytinisert høyproteinfraksjon. Den defytiniserte høyproteinfraksjon har verdi som forstoffbestanddel for en rekke forskjellige dyrearter.
