Abstract
Forbedret fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av metanol og hydrokarboner fra en metanholdig gass, slik som naturgass. Den forbedrede fremgangsmåten integrerer et hydrokarbonsynteseanlegg med et metanolsynteseanlegg uten behov for resirkulering av ureagert syntesegass som kommer ut fra metanolsyntesereaktoren. Oppfinnelsen kombinerer en syntesegasstrøm og ytterligere karbondioksid fira hydrokarbonsynteseanlegget til dannelse av en optimal syntesegassammensetning for metanol- og hydrokarbonsyntese. Oppfinnelsen integrerer også andre prosessparametere og prosesskomponenter i et metanol- og hydrokarbonsynteseprosessanlegg for effektiv omdannelse av mesteparten av karbonet i naturgassen til produkter av kommersiell verdi. Oppfinnelsen er også rettet mot en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av olefin fra metanol produsert ved fremgangsmåten ifølge oppfinnelsen.
