Abstract

The invention relates to a method for the production of moulded bodies, comprising lignocellulose, made from particles such as fibres or cuttings and organic binders. According to the invention, an improvement in the mechanical properties and a possible reduction in the amount of added binder may be achieved, whereby a surface-active additive, based on a modified polydimethylsiloxane, a polyacrylate or polyacrylate copolymer, is added to the binder before the mixing thereof with the particles.
