I en omtalt utførelse innbefatter en brønnkomplettering et første og et andre borehull (12, 14) som krysser ved en krysning (1 6); en sammenstilling (44) posisjonert i det andre borehullet, idet sammenstillingen innbefatter en pakning (58) og en brønnsil (64), og idet pakningen danner tettende anlegg med det andre borehullet; og en borehullkonnektor (48) tettende forbundet med sammenstillingen, idet borehullkonnektoren også danner tettende anlegg i det første borehullet på motsatte sider av krysningen, og idet borehullkonnektoren isolerer krysningen fra fluidstrøm gjennom sammenstillingen i det andre borehullet, og fra fluid som strømmer gjennom borehullkonnektoren mellom de motsatte sidene av krysningen.
