Abstract

Det beskrives et system for betaling av en tjeneste ved et tele- og datakommunikasjonssystem, omfattende et telekommunikasjonsnettverk (102, 104) og et datakommunikasjonsnettverk (106), som kommunikasjonsmessig er koblet sammen med telekommunikasjonsnettverket (102, 104). Datakommunikasjonsnettverket (106) omfatter en webserver (108), en betalingstjenesteserver (110), en telefoniserver (112) og en gateway (114). Telefoniserveren (112) er innrettet for å automatisk ringe en telefonenhet (116) som tilhører en bruker når brukeren via datamaskinenheten (118) har angitt at han /hun ønsker å aktivere entjeneste som tilveiebringes via datakommunikasjonsnettverket (106). Brukeren kan ved hjelp av telefonenheten (116) akseptere/bekrefte eller avslå tjenestevalget. Dersom brukeren har akseptert/bekreftet en tjeneste, er betalingstjenesten (110) innrettet for å umiddelbart levere tjenesten til brukeren vi datamaskinenheten (118). Betalingstjenesteserveren (100) er ytterligere innrettet for å lagre informasjon om brukeren og den leverte tjenesten, og en faktureringsanordning er innrettet for å fakturere brukerens telefonabonnement for den leverte tjenesten.
