Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen frembringer en fremgangsmåte for oppregulering av tumorcelle antigenekspresjon, omfattende adminisfrering til cellene en mengde thymalfasin tilsfrekkehg til å øke ekspresjonen av TLP i forhold til ubehandlede tumorceller. Fremgangsmåter for forbedring av sensitiviteten til immunodiagnostiske eller immimoterapeutiske fremgangsmåter fremlegges også, omfattende forbehandling av måltumorceller ved adminisfrering til cellene av en mengde thymalfasin tilsfrekkehg til å øke ekspresjonen av TLP i forhold til ubehandlede tumorceller, fulgt av anvendelse av den immunodiagnostiske eller immimoterapeutiske metoden. Disse fremgangsmåtene kan anvendes både i in vivo og in vitro diagnostiske metoder, og i in vivo immimoterapeutiske metoder.
