Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte for å produsere en konduktiv kontaktdel (10) for en løsbar elektrisk stikkforbindelse, hvor et kontaktelement (20) med en bøssingdel (23) med seksjonsvise langsgående slisser, som har fordelt over sitt omfang lameller (26), og hvor en hylsedel (30) kan omslutte bøssingdelen (23) og avdekke dennes lameller (26) og som har to ovenfor liggende frontsideender (31, 32). Idet hylsedelen (30) er anordnet slik koaksialt til bøssingdelen (23) og posisjonert slik at den dekker dennes lameller, idet den posisjonerte hylsedelen (30) blir sperret med begge endene (31, 32) på bøssingdelen (23), idet bøssingdelen blir slik dreiet om midtaksen (13) elastisk at lamellene (26) bøyer seg bueformet mot midtaksen (30) og idet hylsedelen (30) med den andre av endene (32, 31) blir sperret mot den elastiske tilbakestillingskraften til lamellene (26), kan på reproduserbar måte bli. fremstilt for storserieproduksjon av en kontaktdel (10) med definerte elastiske egenskaper for lamellene (26).
