Abstract
Det beskrives kombinasjoner av minst tre amfipatiske substanser som danner aggregatsuspensjoner i en polar væske. Valg av systemkomponenter med minst 2-10 ganger forskjell i løselighet sikrer at aggregatene har ekstenderte, uvanlig adapsjonsdyktige overflater. Dette skyldes en samtidig virkning på aggregatene av minst to mer løselige substanser blant de tre systemkomponenter, hvorav minst én er en aktiv ingrediens og fortrinnsvis et legemiddel, den tredje komponent kan alternativt ha rollen som legemiddel. Det beskrives også anvendelse av kombinasjoner i farmasøytiske preparater som kan transportere legemidlene inn i kroppen hos varmblodige skapninger. Dette er mulig ved at legemiddel kan fylles i aggregatene med høyt fleksibelt og deformerbart belegg, hvilket gjør de resulterende legemiddelbærere sterkt adapsjonsdyktige. Det beskrives også egnede fremgangsmåter og gunstige betingelser for fremstilling av bærer og anvendelse. Det beskrives også nye formuleringer med ikke-steroidale, antiinflammatoriske legemidler (NSAID) basert på komplekse aggregater med minst tre amfipatiske komponenter suspendert i et egnet farmasøytisk akseptabelt, polart væskemedium.
