Abstract
Denne oppfinnelse gjelder en fremgangsmåte for å kalibrere en formasjonspermeabilitetsmodell i forhold til data som er utledet fra fluidstrømningsmålinger. En fremgangsmåte i henhold til oppfinnelsen omfatter bestemmelse av en korrelasjonskoeffisient for en sammenheng mellom porøsitet og ikkereduserbar vannemetning, bestemmelse av en hovedkoeffisient for en formasjonspermeabilitetsmodell, samt bestemmelse av minst én eksponentparameter for vedkommende formasjonspermeabilitetsmodell ved å minimalisere en basisfunksjon som representerer en forskjell mellom en formasjonspermeabilitet estimert med utgangspunkt fra en formasjonspermeabilitets-modell og et formasjonspermeabilitetsestimat utledet fra fluidstrømningsmålingene.
