Abstract

Strømningsstyrende innsats for et reaktorkammer i en reaktor har et hovedsakelig firkantet tverrsnitt. Kammeret har et innløp ved en ende av kammeret og et utløp ved den andre ende av kammeret, idet minst én av veggene av reaktorkammeret består av et varmeledende materiale eller av en membran. Innsatsen omfatter et antall enheter anordnet i rader, idet disse enheter sammen med veggene av kammeret definerer en kanal for et fluid. Kanalen strekker seg fra en første side av kammeret til en andre side av kammeret og tilbake igjen til den første side tilbake og fremover et antall ganger. Enhetene er anordnet slik at fluidet tvinges til å strømme mellom enhetene i en serpentinbane.
