Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av konjugert linolsyre hvorved man (a) isomeriserer linolsyrelaverealkylesteren med I til 5 karbonatomer i en lineær eller forgrenet alkylrest i nærvær av alkalialkoholater, (b) de derved konjugerte linolsyrene settes fri fra esteren etter forsåpning og (c) de frie linolsyrene underkastes en krystallisasjon. Denne fremgangsmåten utgjør ved krystallisasjonstrinnet en kostnadseffektiv, økonomisk mulighet for fremstilling av konjugert linolsyre med høy renhet og høy lagringsstabilitet, spesielt ved lave temperaturer.
