Abstract

En generator for elektrosveiser av typen komponert av et likerettertrinn (100) etterfulgt av et PFC-trinn (200) og ved et invertertrinn (300), begge av høyfrekvenstype. Det sistnevnte trinn leverer effekt til et endelig likerettertrinn for en sveisebue (404), PFC-trinnet er sammensatt av to spoler (203, 204) som er gjensidig magnetisk koblet, to (212, 213) med motsatte ledningsretninger, to glattekondensatorer (216, 217) midler for å kontrollere rekkefølgen av på- og avsvitsjing av de to første svitsjer, for således å forme strømmen som absorberes av likerettertrinnet ved å korrelere denne til en bølgeform for linjespenningen. Invertertrinnet omfatter fire triader av andre kontrollerte svitsjer, dioder og kondensatorer og det er også en kontrollanordning for de fire andre svitsjer og for strømmen for sluttrinnet som leverer effekt til buesveisen.
