Abstract
Slagapparat (1) for generering av støtbølger, én av gangen, særlig for urologisk kirurgi for å destmere steiner i urinveiene. Slagapparatet omfatter et slagmiddel (2) som med stor hastighet slår mot en støtbølgegenerator (3) hvis støtbølger overføres i en bølgeleder (4) til det objekt som skal bearbeides. Bearbeidingen skjer ved direkte eller indirekte kontakt med objektet. Slagmiddelet (2) beveges som følge av utslipp av en gass under høyt trykk, idet utslippet før hvert slag er fra en akkumulator (5) og en selvstendig tiykkilde (6). Gassen slippes ut ved hjelp av en aktivator (7) som betjenes av en betjeningsspak (8), idet denne setter akkumulatoren (5) i forbindelse med slagmiddelet (2).
