Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører et apparat for behandling av et fluid som skal injiseres inn i en underjordisk hydrokarbonbærende formasjon hvor apparatet innbefatter en filtreringsenhet med én eller flere filtreringsmembraner som innbefatter én eller begge av ultrafiltreringsmembraner og mikrofiltreringsmembraner, og et anlegg for fjerning av ioniske enheter, og hvor fluid som skal injiseres er først behandlet av filtreringsenheten og deretter behandlet av anlegget for fjerning av ioniske enheter. I en foretrukket utførelse er anlegget for fjerning av ioniske enheter et sulfatfjerningsanlegg som innbefatter nanofiltreringsmembraner. En fremgangsmåte for behandling av fluid som skal injiseres inn i en underjordisk formasjon beskrives også. Et rengiøringssystem og en fremgangsmåte til bruk i et apparat for behandling av injeksjonsfluid beskrives også.
