Abstract
Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte og en anordning for fordeling av materiale som skal spres ved hjelp av en translatorisk forskjøvet, roterende spredetallerken. Ifølge oppfinnelsen blir spredetallerkenens rotasjonshastighet økt etter hvert som spredetallerkenens translasjonshastighet økes, for å holde spredebredden til teppet av spredt materiale konstant. Jo større sprededensitet, dess mindre økes rotasjonshastigheten. Rotasjonshastigheten økes dersom sprededensiteten faller ved en jevn hastighet, for å holde spredebredden konstant. Dessuten blir vinkelen som det materiale som skal spres, blir matet ut med fra spredetallerkenen, endret i overensstemmelse med hastigheten gjennom vridning av spredetallerkenen og/eller gjennom modifisering av andelen av en væske som leveres til spredetallerkenen sammen med det materiale som skal spres, dersom hastigheten endres mens sprededensiteten og spredebredden er konstant, idet væskeandelen reduseres når hastigheten øker.
