Abstract
Det beskrives en vandig hurtigherdende bitumen/tilslag-blanding egnet for kaldasfaltering av veier, parkeringsplasser, fortau og lignende. Bitumen/tilslagblandingen fremstilles ved å blande et mineraltilslag, vann, et deemulgeringsmiddel som inneholder hydraulisk sement, og en kationisk olj e-i-vann bitumenemulsjon som, som emulgeringsmiddel inneholder et salt av et tertiært diamin og en fosforsyre. Diaminet har formelen (1) hvor én eller to av gruppene Ri, R2, R4 og R5 angir en hydrokarbongruppe med 6-22, fortriimsvis 8-20 karbonatomer, og de øvrige Ri, R2, R4 og R5 grupper er en alkylgruppe med 1-4 karbonatomer, og/eller en gruppe -(A)sH, hvor A er en alkylenoksygruppe med 2-3 karbonatomer og s er et tall fra 1-4, R3 er en alkylengruppe med 2-4 karbonatomer og n er et tall fra 0-2.
