Abstract
Det er beskrevet en fluidfase distribusjonsregulator (10) innbefattende to eller flere rør (14) anordnet til å tilveiebringe et mangfold separate strømningsbaner for fluid. Det er tilveiebrakt innretninger for å generere en radiell akselerasjon av fluidstrømmen gjennom hvert rør for derved å fremme bevegelse av minst en fluidfase mot eller bort fra en vegg til røret. Regulatoren kan brukes som en koalescer for å øke størrelsen til dråper i en distribuert fluid fase som bæres av en kontinuerlig fluid fase, eller som en mikser for blanding av fluidfasene.
