Abstract

Det er tilveiebrakt en anordning og et program for evaluering av foretak som er i stand til å analy sere forsknings- og utviklingsstrategi og strategien for intellektuelle rettigheter sammen med informasjon om finansielle forhold for et foretak, for derved å evaluere foretaks- verdien. Anordningen innbefatter: en anordning for innsamling av tekniske dokumenter slik som patent-gazetter; en anordning for ekstrahering av antall oppfinnelser per område for å klassifisere de tekniske dokumentene i respektive områder, slik som IPC-underklasser, og ekstrahere det totale antall oppfinnelser per område; en anordning for ekstrahering av antall oppfinnelser per teknisk og per foretak; en anordning for beregning av oligopolscoring per område for å beregne andelen av antall oppfinnelser per område og per foretak ved å dividere andelen av oppfinnelser per foretak og per område med det totale antall oppfinnelser per område og akkumulere andelen av antall oppfinnelser per område og per foretak opphøyd i ka (hvor ka > 1) for hvert foretak som har mi nst en oppfinnelse på et forutbestemt område, for derved å beregne en oligopolscoring per område; o g en utmatingsanordning for å mate ut den beregnede oligopolscoring per område på visningsanordninger eller lignende.
