Abstract
En fremgangsmåte for å forhindre kondensasjon av vann og derved forhindre hydratdannelse i gassfasen gjennom et undervannskompresjonssystem. Duggpunktet for vann i den utseparerte gassen beregnes med den tilsats av kjemikalier til brønnstrømmen oppstrøms scrubberen som er gjort på vanlig måte for å forhindre hydratdannelse i væskefasen og justere opp tilsatsen av kjemikalier til et innhold som tørker gassfasen til et lavt nok nivå til å unngå fare for hydrat, fortrinnsvis slik at duggpunktstemperaturen senkes til under temperaturen i sjøvannet som omgir kompressoranlegget med en viss sikkerhetsmargin.
