Abstract

En fremgangsmåte for å påvise ufullstendig fylling av en elektrokjemisk biosensor ved å samle en serie elektriske strømstyrkeverdier når en konstant elektrisk spenning påføres over arbeids- og motelektrodene under en tidlig aktiveringsperiode. Hellingen av en linje bestemt ved lineær regresjon basert på serien av strømstyrkeverdier anvendes for å bestemme om biosensoren er ufullstendig fylt eller ikke. Dersom linjen har en positiv helling, rapporteres biosensoren å være underfylt. Dersom hellingen ikke er positiv, anvendes korrelasjonskoeffisienten av strømstyrkeverdiene som en tilleggstest for å indikere om biosensoren er ufullstendig fylt eller ikke.
