Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte for reduksjon av innholdene av henholdsvis metaller, metalloider, nitrat og nitritt i råvann som strømmer gjennom et basseng (1), hvorved vann inneholdende enten oksygen, oksygenfrigivende substanser, metabolske reaksjoner av naturlig forekommende mikroorganismer eller inneholdende denitrifiseringsorganismer og/eller substrater for dette, blir intermittent tilført til bassenget (1) gjennom et antall satellittbrønner (2) anordnet rundt minst en ekstraksjonsbrønn (3) for renset vann. Vann inneholdende oksygen og/eller oksygenfrigivende substanser eller metabolske reaksjoner av naturlig forekommende mikroorganismer eller denitrifiseringsorganismer og/eller substrater for dette, blir homogent fordelt vertikalt i nevnte basseng (1), hvorved vannet som skal renses blir matet inn i bassenget med horisontalt anordnede materør (5) og at ekstraksjonen av renset vann fra nevnte minst ene ekstraksjonsbrønn (3) er slik at det blir dannet et i det vesentlige negativt trykk rundt nevnte minst ene ekstraksjonsbrønn (3). Oppfinnelsen vedrører også et apparat for å utøve fremgangsmåten og en satellittbrønn som kan anvendes i apparatet.
