Abstract

Det er beskrevet et formingshode (1) med roterende tromler (9,10), i hvilke det er montert nålevalser (11,12), og som brukes ved tørrforming av fibrøs bane eller tissue (4). Tromlene (9,10) består av minst to halv-sylindriske segmenter (9A,9B,10A,10B) som er lett adskillbare i aksialretningen, og som er montert på en lagerring (14) som stikker inn i tromlene (9,10). Trommelsegmentene blir holdt sammen på lagerringen (14) ved hjelp av en segmentert klemring (18). Med en slik utforming er det mulig å utføre en rask montering og demontering av trommelen uten behov for å demontere nålevalsene (11,12).
