Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for selektiv oppmaling av bearbeidet matvare med to tettheter i en enkelenhetsoperasjon med kort varighet. Selektiv oppmaling, som mellom deler med lavere tetthet og høyere tetthet, av den bearbeidete matvaren med to tettheter kan tilvirkes uten behov for bevegelige mekaniske deler. En granulær del med lavere tetthet og frigitt umalt del med høyere tetthet oppnådd fra den selektive oppmalingsbehandlingen utført på bearbeidete matvarer med to tettheter er uavhengig nyttig for gjenbruk i matproduksjonslinjer.
