Abstract

Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for kvantifisering av naftensyreinnholdet i en hydrokarbonblanding, innbefattende (i) separere naftensyre fra hydrokarbonblandingen; (ii) påføre den separerte naftensyren til en makroretikulær ionebytterresin som i tillegg innbefatter overgangsmetallioner koordinert med et amin eller ammoniakk i hvilket metallionamin / ammoniakk koordinerte komplekser blir bundet til overflaten av resinen; (iii) vaske kolonnen; (iv) eluere naftensyre-metallionkompleksene fra kolonnen; og kvantifisere konsentrasjonen av naftensyre-metallionkompleksene som er tilstede i eluatet fra kolonnen.
