Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen angår et vindkraftanlegg med et tårn, med en gondol lagret dreibar på tårnet, en generator med rotor og stator anordnet inne i gondolen og med minst en lufteinnretning i området til gondolen. For å redusere inntrengningen av fuktighet, sand og andre fremmedstoffer i gondolen og også å redusere lufteinnretningsstøy som trenger ut foreligger ifølge oppfinnelsen en anordning av lufteinnretningen inne i gondolen, hvor lufteinnretningen suger inn uteluft gjennom en luftespalte som er åpen nedover, særlig mellom tårn og gondol. Derved ligger den erkjennelsen til grunn for oppfinnelsen at luftstrømmen langs vindkraftanlegget og særlig i området til gondolen har en tydelig utpreget horisontal komponent og eventuelt en tydelig mindre utpreget vertikal komponent, dvs. at vinden og dermed fremmedstoffene transportert med den strømmer på losiden langs gondolen til lesiden og har da passert vindkraftanlegget. Når altså luft blir suget inn gjennom en luftespalte åpen nedover så kan kanskje ennå meget små partikler bli suget med inn, som nemlig kan bli båret med luftstrømmen oppover mot tyngdekraftvirkningen. Dermed blir innsugingen av større sand- og støvpartikler, og også innsugingen av regndråper som alle vet er betydelig tyngre, i stor grad redusert, om ikke til og med stanset.
