Abstract

En langtidslagringsbeholder (1) for lagring av radioaktivt materiale for å hindre radioaktiv stråling derfra til utsiden av beholderen, idet toppen av beholderen skal avstenges med et påskrubart radioaktivt strålingshindrende lokk (7), idet nevnte beholder har en enhetlig indre beholderdel (2;34;62;62') av et første materiale, for eksempel plastmateriale, en enhetlig ytre beholderdel (3;43;69) av et andre materiale, for eksempel plastmateriale, og radioaktivt strålingshindrende materiale (4;38;68) i et mellomrom mellom veggene og bunnene av nevnte indre og ytre beholderdeler. For å fylle mellomrommet blir en mellomrombeholderdel (4;38;68) enhetlig støpt ved sprøytestøpning eller trykkstøpning og så montert på innerbeholderdelen (2;34;62;62') for deretter å støpe den ytre beholderdelen (3;43;69) på utsiden av mellomrombeholderen (4;38;68). Et særlig laget beholderlokk (7) tilveiebringes. En foretrukket to-form støpeanordning (61) muliggjør for samtidig forstøpning av innerbeholderdelen (62') og ytterbeholderdelen (69) i en respektiv form i anordningen.
