Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelsen angår fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av indasolforbindelser som har formel (I) eller farmasøytisk akseptable salter eller solvater derav. Forbindelser med formel (I) er anvendelige som antiangiogenesemidler og som midler for å modulere og/eller inhibere aktiviteten til proteinkinaser, som således tilveiebringer behandlinger for kreft eller andre sykdommer assosiert med cellulær proliferasjon mediert av proteinkinaser.The present invention relates to processes for the preparation of indasol compounds having formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates thereof. Compounds of formula (I) are useful as antiangiogenic agents and as agents for modulating and / or inhibiting the activity of protein kinases, thus providing treatments for cancer or other diseases associated with cellular proliferation mediated by protein kinases.
