Oppfinnelsen vedrører en hjelpedrivanordning som er designet for å sammenføyes med en rullestol (600) og trekke rullestolen i den med denne sammenføyde tilstand, hvor hjelpedrivanordningen omfatter en drivmotor (5), en styreinnretning (6, 7) og fastgjøringselementer (210, 220) for sammenkopling med en rullestol (600), samt to drivhjul (1, 2). Drivhjulene (1, 2) er lagret pendlende og forbundet med hverandre via en differensial (70).
