Abstract

Viklingsanordning for oppvikling av en kontinuerlig bane (2) uten for store bøyningspåkjenninger. Anordningen er særlig beregnet for oppvikling av kontinuerlige baner med et antall RFID-merkelapper som hver inneholder en IC-brikke og en antennedel festet til et RFID-innlegg. Viklingsanordning omfatter en opptaksspindel for oppvikling av en trykt kontinuerlig bane (2). Videre omfatter anordningen et drivelement for opptaksspindelen og en strammerull som kan gi en på forhåndbestemt spenning i den kontinuerlige banen (2), idet strammerullen har kontakt med den kontinuerlige banen (2) oppstrøms for opptaksspindelen. I en sidevegg i viklingsanordningens hus er det anordnet en sirkelbueformet spalte som muliggjør en svingebevegelse av strammerullen. I denne sirkelbueformede spalten anordnes det et begrensningselement som på ønsket måte kan begrense spalten. Et detekteringselement for detektering av strammerullens nederste stilling i bevegelsesområdet er også anordnet.
