Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en gruppe nye fenylpiperazinderivater med en todelt virkemåte: serotonin-reopptaksinhibisjon og affinitet for dopamin-D2-reseptorer, og fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av disse forbindelsene. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også anvendelse av en forbindelse som er beskrevet for fremstilling av et medikament som gir en fordelaktig effekt. Forbindelsene har den generelle formel (1), der symbolene har betydningene som er gitt i teksten.The invention relates to a group of novel phenylpiperazine derivatives having a two-part mode of action: serotonin reuptake inhibition and affinity for dopamine D2 receptors, and methods for preparing these compounds. The invention also relates to the use of a compound disclosed for the manufacture of a medicament which provides a beneficial effect. The compounds have the general formula (1), where the symbols have the meanings given in the text.
