Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for å regulere strømmen av et flerfasefluid fra en brønn som strekker seg inn i en undergrunnsformasjon, idet brønnen er forsynt ved nedstrømsposisjonen med en ventil med en variabel åpning, idet fremgangsmåten omfatter å la flerfasefluidet strømme ved en valgt åpning av ventilen, velge en strømningsparameter av flerfasefluidet, idet strømningsparameteren svarer på endringer i et gass/væskeforhold av flerfasefluidet ved en oppstrømsposisjon i brønnen og et innstillingspunkt for strømningsparameteren og overvåke strømningsparameteren, regulere strømningsparameteren mot dens innstillingspunkt ved å manipulere åpningen av ventilen, idet kontrolltiden mellom påvisningen av en avvikelse fra innstillingspunktet og manipuleringen av åpningen er kortere enn tiden det trengs for at flerfasefluidet kan vandre 25 % av avstanden mellom oppstrøms- og nedstrømsposisjonen. Videre strekker en brønn seg i en undergrunnsformasjon for å produsere et flerfasefluid til overflaten, idet brønnen er forsynt ved nedstrømsposisjonen med en ventil med en variabel åpning og med et kontrollsystem for å regulere flerfasestrømmen.
