Abstract
Oppfinnelsen gjelder en fremgangsmåte for å produsere sporede etsede membraner, membrankort, membranstabler, separasjonselementer, innretninger og, anlegg, til deres anvendelse for å separere partikler fra væske og gassmedier og til fremgangsmåter for å bestemme en maksimal diameter av membranporene. Den oppfunnede fremgangsmåten for å produsere en sporet etset membran består i å eksponere en polymerfilm for et angrep av tunge ioner for å danne en bestemt sporingstetthet deri, ved å etse porer i den slik oppnådde filmen ved å anvende en etseløsning for å sikre en poretetthet som tilsvarer sporingstettheten og ved å laminere de slik oppnådde porøse sporede etsede membraner på et porøst substrat ved hjelp av et klebemiddel for å produsere et membrankort. Membranstablene og en virvelanordning er spiralviklet over et oppsamlingsrør for å samle opp behandlet flytende (gass) medier på en slik måte at en separerende innretning blir dannet. Nevnte separerende enhet er integrert i et separasjonsanlegg som også omfatter en oppsamler for behandlet flytende (gass) medier, rørlinjer for ubehandlet og behandlet flytende (gass) medier, trykksensorer forbundet med rørlinjene og for ubehandlet og behandlet flytende (gass) medier for å skifte separasjonsanlegget til tilbakespylingsmodus hvor en viktig andel av partikler ekstrahert fra inngangs flytende (gass) mediet blir samlet på membranen.
