Abstract
Apparat, system og metode for bestråling av flytende næringsmiddelprodukter. Den foreliggende oppfinnelse anvender en transmissiv vegg med en konveks overflate. En strålingskilde er posisjonert på en side av den transmissive vegg som vender mot den konvekse overflate slik at når strålingskilden emitterer strålingsenergi passerer strålingsenergien gjennom den transmissive vegg, slik at flytende næringsmiddelprodukt som strømmer i kontakt med den konvekse overflate bestråles.
