Abstract
Fremgangsmåte og anordning for å måle posisjonen av endeskjermer for en rull av papir eller cellulosepapp i forhold til grabben (1, 2) som transporterer den når en endeskjerm er festet til grabben (1, 2). Under måling blir en detektor (7) beveget langs en slik kurve av en sirkel at den antas å skjære kurven av den sirkel som beskrives av kanten av objektet. Vinkelposisjonen av detektoren (7) måles ved å benytte kurven av den sirkel over hvilken den vandrer, og skjæringspunktene (x1, z1; x2, z2) mellom den kurve som tilbakelegges av detektoren (7) og kanten av objektet, detekteres. Plasseringen av midtpunktet (x0, z0) av objektet beregnes på basis av a) radien av sirkelen som tilbakelegges av detektoren og plasseringen (xm, zm) av midtpunktet av sirkelen, b) plasseringen (xt, zt) av verktøyspissen, c) den antatte radien av objektet og d) plasseringene (x1, z1; x2, z2) av de detekterte skjæringspunkter. Til slutt blir posisjonen av midtpunktet (x0, z0) av objektet i koordinatsettet for grabben beregnet.
