Abstract
Denne oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte og et system for generering av et differensierende signal for en nevrologisk tilstand, hvor det benyttes minst én prøveforbindelse med en nevrofysiologisk effekt. Biosignaldata innhentes fra en person basert på biosignalmålinger fra en biosignalmåleinnretning som er tilpasset plassering på personen, hvori biosignaldataene oppnås etter administrering av prøveforbindelsen hos personen. Analoge biosignal-referansedata tilveiebringes for referansepersoner i minst én referansegruppe etter administrering av prøveforbindelsen, hvori referansedataene anvendes for definering av referanseegenskaper med felles karakteristika blant referansepersonene i minst én referansegruppe, hvori referansedataene bearbeides for å definere etterfølgende referansesannsynlighetsvektorer for hver respektive referanseperson, hvori hver respektive etterfølgende sannsynlighetsvektor omfatter en spesiell egenskap eller egenskapskombinasjonselementer med sannsynlighetsverdier assosiert med elementene, de etterfølgende sannsynlighetsvektorene resulterer i en fordeling av egenskapene eller egenskapskombinasjonene for referansepersonene. Deretter brukes biosignaldataene innhentet fra personen til beregning av analoge etterfølgende sannsynlighetsvektorer for personen. Det differensierende signalet genereres på basis av sammenligning mellom den etterfølgende sannsynlighetsvektoren for personen og fordelingen av egenskapene eller egenskapskombinasjonene
