Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for tilvirkning av et innkapslet snack, omfattende i angitte rekkefølge de trinn å: (1) frembringe et smulet materiale, (2) forme det smulede materialet under trykk for å danne et skall, (3) tilføre et fyll i skallet, (4) danne et lokk av smulet materiale over fyllet i skallet under trykk, og (5) eventuelt steke det dannede produktet. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også et innkapslet snack som kan frembringes med fremgangsmåten samt en bakeform omfattende en nedre pressform og første og andre øvre pressformer til bruk i fremgangsmåten. 1
