Abstract
Et radioaktivt halogenmerket fenyloksyanilinderivat representert ved den følgende formel: hvor R1 representerer en gruppe slik som en alkylgruppe; Xl, X2, X3 og X4 representerer hver et hydrogenatom, en alkylgruppe, en alkoksygruppe, en alkoksygruppe som bærer 11C introdusert deri eller et radioaktivt halogenatom, tilveiebrakt at minst en av Xl, X2, X3 og X4 representerer en alkoksygruppe som bærer 11C introdusert deri eller et radioaktivt halogenatom; som er en forbindelse nyttig som en PBR-ligand som har en høy affinitet og en høy selektivitet I in vitro måling av PBR er en PBR-ligand som har en høy affinitet og en høy selektivitet merket med en radioaktiv halogen nukleær art for a muliggjøre målingen av PBR in vivo med anvendelsen av midler ikke bare inkluderende PET, men også SPECT. En forbindelse som er nyttig i tidlig diagnostikk, forebygging og behandling av sykdommer slik som Alzheimers type demens kan på denne måten bli oppnådd.
