Varmeanordning for fast brennstoff i biter, særlig flis eller trepelleter (100) med en transportinnretning (3, 18) som er styrt via en styring (24), og en gliderenne (8) for brennstoffet i biter som er forsynt av transportinnretningen og munner i et brennrom (9). For på enkel måte å kunne registrere en opphopning av trepelleter (1 00) er forutsatt at det i området av gliderennen (8) nær brennrommet (9) for registrering av betjeningen til gliderennen (8) med brennstoff er anordnet en sensor (7) som omfatter en analysekopling (22) med et terskelverdielement, særlig et tidselement (23), og som er forbundet med styringen (24) til transportinnretningen og/eller signalgiverenheten (50) og avgir ved overskridelser av en terskelverdi ved denne et signal.
