Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en elektrisk drevet undervanns hydraulisk pumpeenhet ( 1 ) for hydraulisk kraftgenerering i et produksjonskontrollsystem, der pumpeenheten ( 1 ) plasseres på en undervannsinstallasjon og knyttes til hydraulikktilførselen ( 10A ) fra overflaten eller et lokalt undervannsreservoar. En pumpes ( 3 ) sugeside med en sugesideakkumulator ( 4A ) koples til hydraulikkfluidtilførselen fra overflaten til en undervanns høytrykksforsterker ( HPI ) på havbunnsinstallasjonen ( 10A ) eller til undervannsreservoaret ( 413 ) av en undervanns hydraulikkraftenhet ( HPU ). Med et kontrollsystem ( 9 ) styres drift av hydraulisk pumpe ( 3 ) med en elektrisk undervanns motor ( 5 ) via magnetkopling ( 6 ). Opplading av en akkumulatormodul ( 2 ) fra pumpeenheten til et høyere fluidtrykk skjer ved bruk av hydraulisk pumpe ( 3 ). Nedjustering av trykket på utgangen av akkumulatorene skjer ved hjelp av regulatorer ( 8 ) til ønsket fluidtrykk for aktivering av ventilsystemer ved stort hydraulikkfluidforbruk. Opplading av akkumulatorene skjer med hydraulikkfluidenergi i perioder med tilstrekkelig tilgjengelig elektrisk energi fra strømforsyning til undervanns installasjonen. Med elektrisk drift elimineres utslipp av hydraulikkvæske til omgivelsene.
