Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en forseglbar celle for oppnåelse av et reflektansspektrum av en flytende prøve ved bruk av en spektroskopsonde med en avtakbar sokkel karakterisert ved at den indre vegg av sokkelen omfatter idet minste en utsparing som tillater at luft kan urmslippes fra rommet mellom toppen av sonden og en flytende prøve som holdes irme i sokkelen slik at nøyaktige spektra kan oppnås.
