Abstract

En fremgangsmåte for å motta fluid fra en naturgassrørledning, hvor fluidet omfatter gassformige hydrokarboner, flytende hydrokarboner, vann og eventuelt faste bestanddeler, idet fremgangsmåten omfatter: (a) i en væskefanger (10), motta fluidet som omfatter gassformige hydrokarboner, flytende hydrokarboner, vann og eventuelt faste bestanddeler fra minst en rørledning (20a, 20b og 20c), (b) i væskefangeren (10), separere minst en del av de gassformige hydrokarboner fra resten av fluidet for å etterlate en væskeblanding eller en blanding av væske/faste bestanddeler, (c) føre minst en del av væskeblandingen eller blandingen av væske/faste bestanddeler til et separasjonskar (14), fortrinnsvis et trefaseseparasjonskar, og (d) i tilfellet et støt av væsker og eventuelt faste bestanddeler til væskefangeren (10), føre minst en del av væskeblandingen eller blandingen av væske/faste bestanddeler fra væskefangeren (10) til et støtkar (12).
