Abstract
En metode, mekanisme og produksjonsbrønnsystem som bruker stimulussvarende materialer til "overensstemmelseskontroll" og profilkontroll langs væskestrømningskanalen i en brønn som del av gruspakning eller et belegg på et brønnredskap. De stimulussvarende materialene er også kjente som intelligente eller smarte polymerer og er typisk polymeriske materialer som reversibelt eller irreversibelt svulmer opp eller faller sammen i nærvær av et stimulus som endringer i konsentrasjon av et væskemiddel som kommer i kontakt med det stimulussvarende materiale, pH-verdi eller polaritet hos det middel det stimulussvarende materialer kommer i kontakt med, saltholdighet, strøm; eller temperatur. Det stimulussvarende materiale kan svelle ved kontakt med et første stimulus og krympe eller falle sammen ved kontakt med et andre stimulus, eller omvendt.
